Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus staff benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: ​The role is 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with a Saturday and Sunday worked on a 6 week rota basis
The Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world's most exciting culture and media destinations. Located within The Lowry is QuayTickets, an award winning primary ticket agency providing sales for The Lowry and over 30 other venues throughout the UK. All revenue from QuayTickets supports our Theatres, Galleries and our Learning and Engagement work with our local community.
About the Role:
​The role of Ticketing Systems Manager is accountable for the management of our UNIFY ticketing system, management of the Setup and Support Team, and the delivery and maintenance of all Software as a Service (SaaS) clients and managed ticketing services. We have a wide range of clients including other theatres, heritage railway and immersive events.
The role will manage and develop the ticketing platform including all upgrades, QuayTickets implementations and will test, demonstrate and deploy new system functionality in line with agreed deployment deadlines.
The role will be based on site at The Lowry providing technical support and training to all clients and departments. There will also be opportunity to demo the system at industry events and in sales pitches answering client questions and providing quick solutions on the fly.
Hybrid working is also available with a minimum of 3 days worked in our office at The Lowry.
​About You:
The successful candidate will:
* Have advanced knowledge of computerised box office systems and reporting functions
* Be experienced in line management and development of a team
* Have a high level of numeracy, literacy and competence with Microsoft Excel is essential
