Ticketing and Sales Assistant Manager
Our client is looking for a Ticketing and Sales Assistant Manager to join their team based in London. To work for a very prestigious client and help manage the ticketing and sales team, this exceptional opportunity is offering a base salary of £33,979.30.
As a full time, 12-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
Supervising a team of Assistants, aiming for continuous improvement, you'll balance process efficiency and financial compliance.
Leading up selling, you'll motivate the team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
You'll also recruit, coach and train new team members and support their ongoing performance and development.
And as part of the management team, you'll periodically act as Duty Manager to ensure our operation is running smoothly.
Requirements:
You'll be an experienced manager with a hands-on approach in a target driven fast paced environment.
A confident communicator, you're used to interacting with and influencing all kinds of people, and you can build effective working relationships.
Digitally fluent, you're able to learn new systems and programmes and can use them to monitor activity and interrogate data daily.
Strong organisational skills while maintaining a professional service.
Experience of recruitment and training delivery as part of an operational management role would be helpful but not essential.
