Plot progress across areas such as emotional regulation, resilience, self-esteem, and relationships.
Produce clear, action-focused reports and recommended strategies to guide tutors, families, and stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with our Education Delivery Coordinators (EDCos) to ensure assessment outcomes are embedded into each learner's Individualised Learning Plan (ILP).
Ensure the learner's voice and family input remain central throughout the process.
Uphold safeguarding best practice at every stage. What We're Looking For

Experience assessing children and young people, ideally within SEND, SEMH, or Alternative Provision settings.
Strong report-writing skills and the ability to translate assessment findings into practical strategies.
A warm, patient, trauma-informed approach.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Self-employed status and the ability to work flexibly across placements. What We Offer

Competitive Pay Rates that reflect your skills, experience, and the impact you make.
Flexibility to fit assessments around your own schedule and commitments.
A Designated Education Delivery Coordinator as your main point of contact and support.
