Are you someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and thrives in a precise, high-tech environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Thin Film Technician to join our production team and help manufacture high-quality thin film components within our clean room facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment

Handling delicate materials with precision and care
*
Operating specialist production equipment
*
Working with chemicals and associated processing materials
*
Following strict quality and safety procedures
*
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For

An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic

Excellent attention to fine detail

Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures

Comfortable working in a clean room environment
Qualifications (preferred):

Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
*
Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field
*
Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
