Our client has an opportunity for a Therapy Administrator to work in the mental health environment! This role is temporary with the possibility of applying for the perm role.
About the role:
You will deliver an efficient and high quality service to guests, patients & staff across two clinics. The role will involve assisting all arrivals and completing the therapy administration work on an ad-hoc basis.
Main duties:
* Taking calls and assisting patients as well as processing referrals
* Complete the billing process
* Working with the Therapists
* Ensure reception is well maintained
* Administration duties
* Liaising with key personal to ensure all funding is in place
Experience:
* Ideally have previous experience in a similar administrative role
* Good previous experience in answering phone calls in a professional telephone manner
* Experience dealing with customer queries
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
