Responsibilities:
* Provide therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential setting
* Implement therapeutic interventions to address the individual needs of each resident
* Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a therapeutic environment
* Support residents in developing coping skills and emotional regulation techniques
* Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing therapeutic strategies
Requirements:
* Experience in therapeutic approaches and residential childcare

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
