Description:
Test Technician required for a leading manufacturing company based in Surrey. As a Test Technician, your main role would test, fault-find, diagnose and repair faulty parts and components.
Responsibilities:
Basic assembly duties including fitting of sub-assemblies
Working to engineering drawings and instructions
Ability to use hand tools
Functional testing of completed machine builds
Fault-finding, diagnosis and repair of faulty parts and components
IT proficiency, operating touch screen-based computers and test machinery
Use of Microsoft Excel to produce reports based on findings, inputting dataKey Skills:
Ability to follow defined processes in work instructions and checklists
Ability to work closely with other and contribute as a team member
Ability to write clear and detailed shift handover reports
Use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and OutlookWorking Hours:
Early Shift: 6am - 2pm Monday to Thursday
Late Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday
6am - 1.30pm or 1.30pm - 9pm on Fridays
