Test Engineer Contract| PyTest
£400 - £625 per day (Outside IR35)
3 months – possibility of extension
Wiltshire (Hybrid)
We are working with our client in Advanced Engineering technology, who are seeking a Test Contract Engineer using PyTest to help with their automated testing system.
The testing ranges from simulation of radio protocol messages, transactions and control of a hardware testing rig.
Your Responsibilities:
Use PyTest for supporting the testing of Python Script
Support a team of test engineers in running automated system testing
Verification & Validation of test systems
Devise acceptance test algorithms.
Write scripts to generate test reports, including RAG test status.
Experience Requirements:
Expert experience in PyTest and Python
Understanding of docker containers
Understanding of control of hardware peripherals and cards
Understanding of GIT, GitLab or Jenkins
Rate and working arrangement:
£400 - £625 per day OUTSIDE IR35.
Role able to be worked remotely, but there will be requirements to travel on-site to the Wiltshire area.
3-month contract could extend.
