ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who's end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Test Automation Engineer on a contract basis.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with expertise in CT/CD tools to join our dynamic team. As Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our testing processes within the CT/CD pipeline.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Spirent Velocity for automated test execution.
Collaborate with the CT/CD Controller to deploy VNFs and launch test sequences using pre-defined scripts.
Utilize Spirent Landslide for conducting conformance, capacity, load, and security tests against deployed 3GPP functions.
Integrate Spirent Landslide into the CT pipeline for realistic background traffic simulation.
Employ Spirent VisionWorks during the CD phase to execute active tests and validate end-user service experience.
Integrate third-party components such as Git repository and Jenkins into the CT/CD pipeline.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of testing solutions.
Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proven experience working with CT/CD tools, particularly Spirent Velocity, Landslide, and VisionWorks.
