Join our team as a Test Analyst and take on the responsibility of investigating test requirements and problems to recommend appropriate test solutions. As a key member of our testing team, you will mentor Junior Test Analysts, provide leadership for test components of delivery projects, and support the Test Manager in managing the end-to-end testing process. We are looking for someone who can write comprehensive Test Strategies, automate regression test scripts, and continuously improve our testing practices. If you have strong QA industry knowledge, extensive testing experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
Investigate test requirements and problems, recommending suitable test solutions.
Mentor Junior Test Analysts, providing guidance, planning, and overseeing activities.
Write Test Strategies for complex projects or large releases, covering all necessary test phases.
Automate and maintain regression test scripts to ensure efficient and accurate testing.
Identify test solutions that optimise the use of current technology, while mitigating limitations.
Keep track of testing progress and provide progress reports to project governance.
Manage incident management during the test phase and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on test analysis methods, marketplace test software solutions, and IT and business trends. Skills and Experience
An ISTQB/ISEB Certificate in Software Testing. Strong QA industry knowledge.
Experience with Load Runner and JMeter
Extensive experience in testing key phases such as integration, system, performance, and regression.
Proven experience in automated functional and non-functional testing.
Excellent knowledge of test tools, techniques, and methods.
Strong understanding of IT technical environments, including Cloud platforms and multi-sourcing environments. What’s In It For You
