As a Territory Owner, you will have the autonomy to manage your designated postcodes and spearhead the growth of your business without restrictions. Our client will support you in establishing your own agency, and with a close-knit, like-minded team, along with the assistance of fellow Territory Managers, you will not be alone.

Territory Owner Support:
In-house platform/software
Automated processes to support business administration
Marketing team providing leads
Marketing portal for promotional materials
Training team to support you and your team as you grow
Business coach/Regional Director
Incentives – tech for schools
Compliance team to assist with customer AML
Partnerships with external businesses to maximize revenue opportunities Territory Owner Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Build and nurture a client base
Provide professional advice and solutions
Increase brand awareness through proactive efforts
Exceed expectations with a positive attitude and willingness Territory Owner Preferred Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of valuation experience in your chosen area
Proven track record of listing properties
Strong knowledge of estate agency processes
Local knowledge of the area
