Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join our team on a flexible working basis with access to huge variety of Early Years settings in and around London & Kent, In this role you will provide high-quality care whilst supporting children in their development.
This position offers flexibility during o accommodate your schedule, you can choose to work all year or term time only whether it be 1, 2,3,4 or 5 days a week, you let us know
We supply staff to the following Early Years settings:
* Private & Government Nurseries
* Pre Schools
* Centres
* Holiday clubs
* Breakfast & Afterschool Clubs
* SEN/ 1-1 Roles
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional childcare and early childhood education tailored to individual children's needs
* Supporting the nursery and being a team player
* Supervise and support children’s activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding policies at all times
Skills
* At least 2 years experience working with children in nursery or early childhood education environments
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
* Understanding of childcare practices, health & safety regulations, and safeguarding procedures
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs while maintaining high standards of care
* Passionate about early childhood development with a proactive approach to creating positive learning experiences
Requirements
* Up to date DBS (if not, this can be done through us)
* Childcare qualification (Minimum level 3)
* Paediatric First aid
* Safegarding
* Experience working with early years (or up to 12 if working in holiday clubs)
* Understanding of the EYFS
