Description:
Our client, a prestigious school in Cambridge, are looking for an experienced PA/Administrator on a permanent full-time, term-time basis.
Main duties include:
* Providing PA support to senior leaders
* Dealing with incoming calls and emails
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Assisting with the organisation of events
* Updating pupils medical records
* Any ad-hoc administrative support
The successful candidate:
* Experience within a busy, varied admin role
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Flexible work ethic, willing to support in a variety of tasks
* Previous experience with Microsoft Packages is essential
* A calm and patient manner, operating with integrity at all times
