The Company
A Social Housing Refurbishment contractor – a dynamic and award-winning maintenance specialist working across the North West and Yorkshire. This contractor has been operating for 40 years and are a leading specialist in planned maintenance who deliver a range of services delivering bespoke solutions to clients needs.
As a result of their success they are currently seeking an enthusiastic Tenant Liaison Officer to work alongside a Site Manager, running a planned maintenance programme in the Halifax area. This particular scheme is working on energy efficiency installation schemes within lofts, walls and flooring
The Role
You will work directly with an experienced Site Manager and be responsible for all tenanted liaison on the site. This role will be on a long term temporary basis, which could possibly lead to a permanent opportunity. Some duties will include:
* Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination whilst establishing close working relationships with all customers, clients and external stakeholders
* Assist in delivering excellent customer service
* Liaise with tenants to schedule appointments for works to be completed to the contractor’s timelines
* Deal with any tenant queries and liaise with the client and your colleagues to resolve.
What you need to succeed?
To be a successful Tenant Liaison Officer within this role, you will have strong experience working for social housing contractors/ housing associations and liaising with tenants on a daily basis. You will be accustomed to working on a construction site and scheduling work between the tenants and your Site Manager.
