Description:
Avocet Recruitment are working with a company who specialise in fire safety who are soon to be installing firedoors and safety equiptment into 6 high rise buildings based in Swindon.
We are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to use their excellent customer service and relationship building skills to be central point of contact for tenants within the building, organise schedule of works programmes and ensure smooth running of installations throughout the buildings.
Ideally you will have a background in housing, customer relations / services and have strong relationship building skills.
This is a long term temp role, with hopes to start ASAP and coming to an end in November, with possible opportunity for future contracts with the company
