for an initial two-year fixed-term funded post
Salary: £22,000 pa - pro rata for 30 hours

The Folkestone Rainbow Centre is a charity supporting people facing hardships and deprivation in Folkestone and Hythe districts.
We are seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer with a passion for working with those who are currently homeless or are at risk of becoming, homeless. The role is to engage with rough sleepers those moving on to new accommodation and those who are vulnerably housed or at risk of eviction and facilitate solutions to their presenting issues. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will provide advice, and guidance to clients helping them access housing opportunities and other necessary support.
The post holder will also be responsible for coordinating Befriending and mentoring service a fa new project leading the delivery of support to clients moving on with volunteers and befrienders. This involves mentoring and supporting volunteers to co-ordinate and deliver services within our established Homeless Support Service He/she will also work in the Homeless service team in planning and developing new initiatives to enhance our offer to those in need.
