Description:
VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Tenancy Officer for our client based in Hull. The main duties of this role are:
* Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, youn people and/or vulnerable adults
* Ensuring tenants comply with the conditions of their tenancy agreement
* Managing empty or abandoned properties making sure the property is safe and secure, and procedures are followed to end the tenancy correctly.
* Day-to-day management of rent accounts within the client's housing stock
* Referring cases dealing eith potential repossession and evictions
* Communicating witg individuals who require urgent rehousing
