Tenancy Management Officer
Contract Length: 6 Months
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days on patch, 2 days remote
Rate: DOE
My Client is currently recruiting for 3 Tenancy Management Officers to join their team initially until the end of December.
Duties:
Responsible for the tenancies and voids management in an assigned patch of properties.
Manage a portfolio of properties.
Handle mutual exchanges, successions, and reallocations.
Enforce tenancy conditions and complete evictions where necessary.
Prepare documents for legal proceedings and act as a witness in court.
Attend emergencies on patch where needed.
Experience Required:
A confident and competent Tenancy Management Officer with experience working on a portfolio of properties.
Knowledgeable of landlord and tenant legislation & Guidance.
Experienced preparing legal documents and being a witness in court.
Confident providing advice on Housing issues, rents, and income.
Experienced in mutual exchanges, successions, and reallocations.
Confident enforcing tenancy conditions and completing evictions where necessary.
Happy to work 3 days on patch and also attend emergencies when they arise.
Ideally experienced using the QL IT system.
