Interim - Business Support Executive and Team Administrator

GRG are recruiting a versatile and proactive individual to fill the role of Business Support Executive. This position is crucial in providing comprehensive support to various aspects of our client's business operations, including administrative tasks, client communications, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support - Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and team members as required. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and professional responses.
​​​​​​​Client Relations - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other documents for client engagements, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company standards. Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications, maintaining strong relationships and fostering client satisfaction.
Project Coordination - Support project managers in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in organising project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Track project progress and milestones, identifying potential risks and escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Business Development - Assist in researching potential clients, partners, and market trends to support business development initiatives Participate in the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for client pitches and meetings Coordinate networking events, conferences, and industry seminars to expand business opportunities.Job Offer:
