I am currently working with a Tenant Management Organisation based in Leeds, looking for a Temporary Surveyor.
Our client is looking for a dedicated surveyor to support their team. They are seeking a candidate who will play a crucial role in assessing and identifying various property related issues, focussing primarily on repair cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct stock condition surveys
Pre and post inspections of repair works.
Capital and repairs
Responsive repairs
Void repairs
Liaise with residents, staff, and external partners.Requirements:
Property inspection experience.
Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of current building and housing legislation
Full UK Driving License.
