Temporary Sales Executive
We are recruiting on behalf of a local client based in Hoddesdon seeking an immediately available Sales Executive for an ongoing temporary role.
This position is 100% office-based, so candidates must live locally and be ready to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for attending pre-booked appointments, presenting tailored service solutions, and closing new B2B accounts across phone, video, and in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Attend qualified prospect meetings via phone, video, and in person.
* Present core service offerings, technical capabilities, and industry accreditations.
* Assess prospect requirements, including volume, locations, and current provider setups.
* Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive rates, present proposals, and negotiate terms.
* Close new accounts and ensure a seamless operational handover.
* Proactively self-generate new business opportunities alongside qualified appointments.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and report weekly on meetings, proposals, and pipeline progress.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven track record in B2B new business acquisition (Sales Executive, BDE, or Account Manager)
* Confident and credible when presenting to senior operations and functional decision-makers.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills with commercial awareness around rates and terms.
* Highly self-motivated and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
