Description:
Berry Recruitment are seeking a temporary receptionist to join a busy establishment based in Peterborough from 28th June 2024 to 30th August 2024.
This position is for one day a week - Friday only with working hours from 8am to 5pm, with potential over time.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
Answer phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Provide administrative support as neededRequirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using office equipment (phone system, computer, etc.)
Punctuality and reliability
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferredCompensation:
