Description
Provide comprehensive HR support to team members and management.
Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview arrangements.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR databases.
Support with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations matters and assist with performance management.
Assist in organising and delivering HR-related training sessions.
Contribute to the development of HR strategy and initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.Profile
CIPD Level 3 minimum
Experience as a HR Coordinator or People Advisor
Great communication skills
Enjoys working in a team
Can commute to Birmingham
