Do you have a dedicated Payroll background and experience using ADP?

Do you have a ‘can do’ approach and exceptional accuracy skills, whilst working at pace?

If so, this 6-week temporary assignment with one of our top clients in North Oxfordshire may be perfect for you!

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Payroll Officer Responsibilities

Gathering variables, making amendments, and inputting data into ADP
Creating and maintaining payroll records
Downloading and reconciling trial reports
Arranging approval meetings
Approving the payroll on the relevant platform
Checking final reports
Sending final files to Finance
Circulating monthly payroll dates to relevant teams
Ensuring full compliance at all stages in all processes and services

Temporary Payroll Officer Requirements

Alongside, a dedicated payroll background, you will have the following:

Experience using ADP and iHCM
Exceptional accuracy skills, whilst working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A positive ‘Can do’ approach
