Manage diaries of support to the organisation's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Senior President, including schedule meetings and organise appointments.
Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls professionally.
Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Assist with event planning and coordination tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all activities.Profile
