Temporary PA and Office Manager

Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a Birmingham based organisation looking to recruit an Interim PA and Office Manager to support the CEO.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the executive office and providing comprehensive support to the CEO and wider team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and managerial tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support - Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence and communication effectively. Coordinate and maintain the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings. Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, and other materials for meetings and engagements.
Office Management - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and representing the CEO's office professionally. Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects as required.
Administrative Support- Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget management. Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to enhance efficiency and productivity.About You:

Proven experience in a similar role, providing executive support and office management to senior executives.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.Job Offer:
