Calling all Marketing Assistants! Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative team, where your ideas and creativity will shine? Our client, is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. ????

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Events:

Co-ordinate the distribution of invitations, monitor responses, and manage cancellations for seminars.
Take charge of planning, logistics, and the preparation of supporting materials.✨ SEO:

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and an external SEO company to enhance on site content.✨ Social Media:

Be a content management maestro and execute digital and video strategies.
Get creative with marketing content design using Adobe tools/Canva.
Utilise analytics and SEO techniques to generate ideas for social media campaigns.✨ Email Marketing:

Support content creation and the build and send of newsletters.✨ CRM:

Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in the launch of a new CRM system and ensure mailing lists are up-to-date.
Be the go-to person for data entry and analysis/report production.✨ Reporting:

Evaluate marketing campaigns and SEO efforts.
Keep an eye on competitor activity and stay up-to-date with search engine optimisation techniques.
Gather and evaluate valuable client feedback with the Senior Marketing Manager.Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant degree
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Adobe tools/Canva for content design is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platformsPay and Perks:

Hourly rate: £13.00-£14.00ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels
Start date: ASAP
Location: based in an amazing office within Newcastle City Centre
Contract Length: 3 months
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
