As an Import/Export Coordinator in Pulborough, you will manage the flow of goods and paperwork for an Industrial / Manufacturing business, helping day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will keep shipments organised, maintain clear records and work with internal teams and external contacts to support timely delivery.

Description

Coordinate import and export shipments to help goods move on schedule.
Prepare, check and maintain shipping documents and related records.
Liaise with freight providers and other external contacts to track deliveries.
Work with Engineering & Manufacturing colleagues to confirm shipment requirements.
Update shipment information accurately to provide clear visibility of progress.
Resolve routine delivery queries and escalate issues where needed.
Arrange collections and deliveries in line with agreed requirements.
Keep import and export records organised and easy to access.Profile

A successful 'Import/Export Coordinator' should have:

Experience coordinating import and export shipments.
Confidence preparing and checking shipping documentation.
Ability to maintain accurate records and update shipment information.
Experience liaising with freight providers and delivery contacts.
