Looking to join a friendly team and gain new skills? Our client, a successful company based in White City, is seeking a Temporary Part-time Finance Administrator to join their team immediately.
???? Location: White City, London
⌚ Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
???? Salary: £14 per hour

???? What you'll be doing:
Reconciling Website P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts daily
Handling Credit Card Deposits
Dealing with credit card disputes
Running chargeback reports and preparing fraud reporting
Ensuring timely web payment processing and monitoring
Collaborating with customer service teams for website order refunds
Liaising with other departments to streamline order/refund processes
Maintaining digital financial records to Group standards
Supporting Ecommerce P&L channel reporting
Assisting the Finance team with ad-hoc duties
Testing new processes for financial accuracy on the website???? What you bring to the role:
Previous SAP experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Excel is preferred
Great attention to detail
