Job Title: Temporary Finance Assistant - Exciting Opportunity!

???? Location: Riding Mill, Northumberland

???? Contract Details: Temporary for the next 3-6 months (potentially longer depending on business needs)

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm

???? Salary: Hourly rate from £13.33 to £15.38 paid on a weekly basis through OA

As a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant, you will be an integral part of our client's finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Monitoring accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
Providing administrative support to the finance team, including filing documents, organising records, and responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders.???? Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

Solid understanding of finance processes and procedures.
Experience in credit control, purchase ledger, or a similar finance role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.???? Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Although not required, the below skills and experience would be beneficial:

Previous experience working with accounting software.
