Temporary Finance Administrator
Working 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - flexible hours

Eaton Syalon are working with our North Derbyshire based client to recruit a temporary Finance Administrator into their finance team. We are looking for someone who can provide immediate and effective support to our client's finance function, taking ownership of routine finance administration tasks and ensuring that banking, invoice processing and supplier payments are completed accurately and on time.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and the ability to work with minimal supervision who can quickly integrate into an established team will be particularly important.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake daily banking activities and monitor incoming and outgoing transactions
* Process customer receipts and allocate payments against outstanding invoices
* Prepare and process bank payments, ensuring appropriate authorisation is obtained
* Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records of banking transactions
