Our client, a dynamic and innovative beauty brand , is looking for an Events Coordinator to join their team in London.

As the Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Brand Activation Manager in planning and executing various events, from influencer events to managing gifting and stock for influencers. If you have excellent organisational and administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Assist the Brand Activation Manager in the planning and execution of all events.
Collaborate with the team to create detailed event proposals for EMEA events.
Handle all event administration, including stock requests, sourcing refreshments and collateral, and managing travel requirements.
Deliver monthly reports on influencer events, analysing key competitors in the industry and recommending future events for our client.
Assist with the International Influencer programme by planning monthly gifting and researching what other brands are organising for influencers.
Manage all UK and Europe Marketing/Events expenses and ensure the timely completion of monthly reports for the finance team.
Keep the Events calendar up to date, ensuring all reports are presented on time and filed correctly.
Provide general office and admin support, always being flexible and helpful in all aspects of the business.Experience:

1 year of experience in influencer marketing and events, or relevant internships.
Exceptional organisation and administrative skills.
Attentive to detail, ensuring no task is overlooked.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Can stay calm under pressure and consistently deliver results.
