Document Controller (Architects)
South West London
£21-£23 per hour
Full-Time Temporary – 8 – 16 weeks
Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5.30pm
Office-Based
Great Temp opportunity to work for our prestigious client on global projects, you will come from a strong background working for Architects or “built environment”
You will be working closely with the project team as well as the client, third party consultants as well as other stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Temp Document Controller:
* Controlling the issuing of documents going out, and those coming in
* Checking/verifying documents prior to issue for accuracy and compliance
* Maintaining project registers and control logs as needed
* Assisting project teams with storage and access of project information
* Assisting with preparation of reports
* Assisting with scheduling and closeout of project processes
* Working with a high level of documents
Key Requirements:
* Extensive document control experience
* Experience of Aconex a must
* Be detail focused & highly organised
* Comfortable working to multiple strict deadlines
* Strong communication skills
