Your new company
My client is looking for an experienced c-suite PA to join their Executive Team to cover a period of sickness.

Your new role
This is a 1-2-1 support role, offering professional and comprehensive PA support and managing everyday aspects of the Director's day. Duties including but not limited to:

Monitoring emails, dealing with, or responding, acknowledging where appropriate and highlighting urgent matters.
Maintaining the diary, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings and ensuring suitable arrangements are in place.
Prioritising tasks and producing documents, briefing papers and reports.
Undertaking research and presenting findings or draft reports, correspondence, and briefing notes.
Liaising with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
Dealing with complaints and information requests when received.
Ad hoc administrative duties to support the Director.What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this job, you will need to be:

Extensive PA experience.
Have great IT and communication skills
Have the ability to manage your own workloads and prioritise when needed.
A great eye for detail.
A proactive approach to your work and a commercial mindset.
IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO START THIS WEEK.

£16 per hour
IMMEDIATE START
Monday to Friday (37 hour week)
