Temporary Digital Content Coordinator

Are you ready to support a digital delivery project by managing website and app content? This temporary Digital Content Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience with content management systems and digital platforms. You will play a key part in ensuring online content is accurate, consistent, and engaging, making a real difference to online customer experiences.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Digital Content Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Managing content uploads and updates in Contentful or similar CMS platforms to ensure website and app accuracy.
Supporting updates to pages, images, and text to enhance user engagement and brand consistency.
Checking content displays correctly across digital platforms and reporting any issues.
Assisting with content testing, link verification, and page layout checks to ensure a seamless online experience.
Supporting content updates in Salesforce or marketing tools for campaign alignment.
Helping coordinate content tracking and document updates to streamline workflow.
Collaborating with marketing and digital teams to meet project deadlines and goals.

Digital Content Coordinator Experience Essentials

Experience working with CMS platforms such as Contentful, Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other digital marketing tools.
Interest in website content, digital marketing, or online customer journeys.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently following instructions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions.
Capable of managing multiple small tasks efficiently.
Location

This role requires caniddates to be on site in Bicester, at least once a week. Candidates should have reliable access to transportation and be flexible for travel as needed.
