Temporary Digital Assistant

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated candidate to take on a Temporary Digital Assistant position with one of our top clients in North Oxfordshire.

This is a temporary position, likely to be ongoing for at least 3-6 months.

Please note, this position is paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The full-time role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Digital Assistant Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Working with the website Content Management System
Uploading product images, model shots and videos to shared drive and website
Using creativity to ensure cropping is correct
Being thorough in checking spelling and formatting
Google analytics website reporting
Tagging of Saocial Media posts
General support for team activities e.g. for local photo shoots

Temporary Digital Assistant Experience

Experience of using digital marketing channels – Content Management Systems, website development, CRM, social media, analytics
Organisation skills, strong attention to detail, and executional excellence within tight deadlines
Fluency in both written and spoken English. Any other language skills are advantageous, but by no means essential
Resilience and flexibility when working in a fast paced environment
Collaborative ability to work in a team environment
