✨ Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Temporary Customer Service professional, you will be responsible for handling internal queries and providing admin support. ???????? Here are some of the tasks you will be handling in our client's "Orders" inbox:
Processing credit notes for missing/faulty/overdelivered products. ✔️
Assisting with requests to open new accounts. ????
Creating and raising manual invoices. ????
Generating proformas for internal purposes. ????Please note that this position does not involve direct customer interaction. It is a purely administrative role focused on internal comms and maintaining efficient operations. ????????
