As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
Handling customer queries via mutli-channels
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders
Handle and resolve customer service queries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure all customer service standards are upheld
Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service
Provide feedback on customer service issues and trendsProfile
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
