Required Skills:
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit control or a similar role
