Key Responsibilities
Chasing customers by phone and email for any overdue debtors
Liaising with branches to investigate any discrepancies
Updating the system with all credit control activities
Papring customer statements when requested
Update debtor reports
Reviewing customer accounts and credit activities
Building relationships both internally and externallyMust have
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work proactively and independently to meet targets.
