The Firm
A well-established law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team on a temporary basis.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will provide support to a Partner and have experience within Residential Conveyancing. Duties to include:
Typing dictation files
Drafting Transfers, AP1s, DS1s as and when required
Obtaining company documents through Companies House
Completing and submitting SDLTs online
Putting together report documentation for purchases
Procuring indemnity policy quotes
Diary management
Dealing with file opening and due diligence requirements
File closuresThis Legal Secretary opportunity is a full time temporary role, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
