Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm | Contract Catering | £15.00–£21.00 per hour

Are you an experienced chef looking for flexible weekday work with a better work-life balance?

We're currently recruiting Commis Chefs, Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs to join our team on a temporary basis, working across a variety of contract catering sites throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset and London.

Whether you're looking for regular freelance work or hoping to secure a permanent position in the future, we'd love to hear from you.

What we offer

* Monday to Friday working pattern

* Typical working hours of 7:00am – 3:00pm

* Occasional evening and weekend shifts may also be available for those who are interested

* Competitive hourly rates of £15.00–£21.00, depending on experience and role

* Weekly pay

* Opportunities to work across a variety of contract catering environments, including schools, business & industry, healthcare, care homes and corporate sites

* Potential for temporary assignments to lead to permanent opportunities

Essential requirements

* Previous experience working in a professional kitchen

* Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (must be valid and issued within the last 3 years)

* Food Allergen Certificate (must be valid and issued within the last 3 years)

* Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

* Own chef whites and knives and non-slip still cap toe safety shoes

Desirable (but not essential)

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

* A valid DBS certificate

* Additional catering or hospitality qualifications
