Description:

A well-established Construction company located just outside of Bury St Edmunds is currently seeking a Temporary Bookkeeper/Invoice Processor to join their team on an initial 4-week basis (full-time).

Position: Temporary Bookkeeper - Invoice Processor
Location: Risby, Office-based
Pay: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Duration: Initial 4 weeks
Immediate start

Responsibilities:

Receiving and reviewing invoices
Matching invoices with purchase orders
Coding invoices accurately
Data entry into accounting systems
General filing duties
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, processing a high volume of invoices. Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong data entry skills are preferred.
