Description:
Our client is looking for a temporary administrator/receptionist to start the week commencing 24th June until at least 22nd July but may be longer. The role is based in Lincoln office and the work pattern would be Monday-Thursday 8.45 – 17.15 (with one hour lunch), Friday 8.45-14.00 (no lunch).
The role will include the following:
• Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer the call ,and take accurate messages.
• Greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office.
• Making drinks for client meetings.
• Take card payments for client invoices over the telephone and face to face.
• Typing correspondence.
• Dealing with the delivery and return of client records.
• Recording, franking and sending external mail.
• Emailing clients.
• Deal with answer machine messages.
• Monitor the company email inbox.
• Photocopying, scanning, and filing as required.
• The ideal candidate will have accurate typing skills, customer service skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, the ability to use in-house software.
