Success Recruit are working with an educational provider who are seeking a Temporary Accounts / Finance Assistant to support their friendly finance team based in central Essex for approx. 5 months.
The Temporary Accounts Assistant will be working in a small team, managing all purchase orders, and keeping the CRM / accounts system up to date with enquiries and processing.
The successful Temporary Accounts / Finance Assistant will be expected to:
* Have previous experience working within accounts, within education would be advantageous but not essential
* Demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
* Have exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Be proficient in finance software however training will be provided
* Ideally hold an advanced DBS, however not essential but will be required if successful

Job specification
Purpose of the role:
The successful Temporary Accounts / Finance Assistant will be supporting in a team and assist with back log and current general account enquiries.
Duties will include:
* Inputting purchase order
* Ensure payment terms are being adhered to
* Running aged debt reports
* Inputting information and sending emails to parents for payments
* Supporting with general accounts enquiries via telephone and email
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9 – 3pm
Salary: £15.80 per hour
