Description:
Brook Street are working with a client that is seeking to hire a candidate with Accounts experience, on a temporary basis.
Working either full-time or part-time (3 days minimum) from home and in their St Asaph office, your time will be spent supporting the Finance Team to help them deliver value for money, cost savings and best quality of service.
Key duties:
Input and code invoices into the Accounts Payable system.
Monitor the authorisation of invoices and answer supplier queries.
Produce weekly payment runs that comply with relevant accounting and procurement directives, regulations and policies.
Complete and submit monthly expense claims for all employees.
Maintain accurate and timely month-end control accounts and reconciliations.
Contribute to the completion of Month-End Budget Reporting
Contribute to the completion of year-end accounts
Undertaking other duties that may reasonably be requested which are appropriate to the level of the post.Desirable:
