Temporary Accommodation Occupancy and Compliance Officer

This role involves visiting and inspecting emergency temporary accommodation, as such the officer will be travelling to various locations in London and requires you to have your own vehicle.
Lone working.
To be responsible for the effective and efficient inspection of Temporary Accommodation provided by the Council to those in need of housing.
To ensure compliance with safety requirements and monitor standards of repairs and maintenance noting changes in circumstance, nuisance, complaints, requests for transfer, and acting on safeguarding concerns.
Liaising with colleagues in the Adults Social Care, Private Sector License and ASB Enforcement team, Rehousing and Lettings teams, Managing Agents and Landlords, and relevant services
