Temp to Perm Tracing Agent (No experience required)

Do you have an investigative nature? Do you like searching for that needle in a haystack? Do you have a good ability to find things online?

This is great role for someone who sees themselves in an “heir hunter” type of role. Although you won’t be looking for heirs you will be using the same investigative techniques to find and trace contact details for people who owe money .

As a tracing agent, you will be responsible for using various databases and online resources to locate contact information for debtors. You will play a crucial role in the debt collection process by efficiently identifying and verifying debtor contact details so that the company can make contact with these people to recover unpaid debts.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of curiosity, resourcefulness and commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough online research to locate accurate contact information for debtors.

* Use databases, public records, social media platforms, and other sources to gather debtor information.

* Make outbound calls to verify and cross-reference collected data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

* Update debtor records as required.

* Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling sensitive information.

* Provide regular reports on tracing activities and outcomes to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proficiency is using online search engines, databases, and other research tools.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify relevant information from various sources.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.

* Commercial awareness and understanding of the debt collection process is desirable but not essential.

Full training will be given.

In return for your hard work you can expect to receive a starting salary of £22-26k when the position becomes permanent plus a performance related bonus of up to £6k pa. You’ll be working a 35-hour week, normally Monday to Friday, 9 to 5
