The Chef Tree is looking for a self-motivated, fast-paced Temp Recruitment Booker.
Your new role is to help nurseries, schools and residential homes to ensure their ‘customers’ (i.e. students, children, residential and nursing home residents) are fed well by our ‘Chef Tree chefs’.
Your mission as the team’s Temp Recruitment Booker:
* Know about the new chefs being found, nurtured and registered by your team’s Chef Recruiter
* Chat with clients to ensure you understand their chef need
* Ensure you have the right chefs in the right kitchens
* Nurture the client relationships and be comfortable letting them know when a chef isn’t going to show up
* Have that tricky conversation with clients if you cannot help them
You do need to:
* be a people person
* love building relationships with clients and chefs
* work fast and accurately ~ last-minute cancellations and shifts
* have great communication skills
* not give up easily, and;
* love the target of filling all client needs every single day
* be able to have awkward conversations letting clients down

Role: Temp Recruitment Booker
Basic Salary: £23,000 to £24,000
Bonus: Company bonus, including an on-call bonus and a collaborative team incentive
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Recruitment On-call: One (1) week of every four (4) weeks for which an on-call bonus is paid
Based: UK - remote (plus the opportunity to connect with the team in vibrant London twice a year.)
