Resolve straightforward customer queries at the first point of contact where possible.
Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate colleague for further action.
Maintain clear and respectful communication throughout each customer interaction.

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Customer service experience, with the ability to handle a range of enquiries.
